I loved Kurt and Valentine! Both were feeling vulnerable but neither one let it lead them down stupid lane and I really appreciated that. And it never hurts that they were both blessed by the hottie gods!

Great review Shannon! I really liked this book and Lisabea says I need to read the newest one next. I cant wait!

I love that mustache twirling line. Shannon, nicely done. I had some trouble with this one for exactly the same reason: length. Heh.

Thank you! I'm glad you liked Leah. She was practical, and that was important. Even in Alternate Regency England women in her position had to be, and that was the point I was trying to get across. It wasn't a great struggle to make the decision to marry Valentine and Kurt because she had few options. Love was a wonderful and unexpected benefit. I liked Leah a lot.

I did feel the constraints of the novella length. We will be revisiting this threesome in later books.

I appreciate the compliment when you say that my trademark is "sensible yet tortured heroines", and "as usual" you can distinguish between my heroes. I try to make my heroines strong women that modern women can relate to. And my heroes, to me each one is an individual, unlike any other. This tells me you feel the same! So thank you very much.

As for my villain, well, I'm trying to get away from mustache twirling. Really, I am. :-)
